The following is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of services.  Fees are not guaranteed and may increase at any time.  Legal representation commences only with the signing of a Fee and Representation Agreement and receipt of payment in full.

Estate Planning Services

  • Initial consultations may be billed on a fixed fee or an hourly basis.
  • Prior to your initial consultation you will receive an explanation of how the fee for that consultation will be determined.
  • If charged on an hourly basis, it will be at my normal hourly rate.
  • Time is billed in .2-hour increments.
  • Charges for document preparation are normally in addition to my charges for the initial consultation. My normal charges for document preparation are as follows:


                $290.00 - Living Will

                $290.00 - Power of Attorney for Health Care

                $525.00 - Living Will/Power of Attorney for Health Care Pkg.

                $1,200.00 - Durable Power of Attorney

                $475.00 - Simple Will

                $1,125.00 - Credit Shelter Trust Will

                $2,300.00 - Trust (Inter Vivos)


  • When a client requires additional legal services after the acceptance of the estate planning documents, such additional services will be charged at my normal hourly rate.


Real Estate Services (Sale or Purchase of Real Estate)


  • $825.00 - Minimum Fee for up to three hours of legal services. 
  • $375.00 additional - If I am required to act as settlement/closing agent.
  • When a client requires additional legal services, such additional services will be charged at my normal hourly rate.
  • Time is billed in .2-hour increments.
  • In matters of this type three hours of legal services is usually sufficient to cover review and explanation of the agreement of sale, and addenda thereto, ordering title searches and insurance, review and explanation of title searches and binder, review and explanation of mortgage and loan documents, and my attendance at settlement/closing not to exceed one hour.
  • Any out-of-pocket costs which may be incurred, such as costs associated with any loan, appraisal fees, title searches or insurance, surveyor’s fees, document recording fees, taxes, insurance, notary fees, photocopies, postage, courier/express mail fees, etc. are the responsibility of the client and are not included in my $825.00 minimum fee.


Hourly Legal Services


  • $325.00 per hour for weekday daytime (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) work with the exception of trial/hearing time and all preparation for trial/hearing.
  • $425.00 per hour for trial/hearing time and all preparation for trial/hearing with a minimum charge of $850.00 for any court/hearing appearance.
  • $500.00 per hour for weekday nighttime (between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM) work or telephone or electronic communication.
  • $600.00 per hour for weekend (Saturday or Sunday) work or telephone or electronic communication.
  • $1,625.00 per night (after 9:00 PM) or part of a night for attendance at evening meetings if required. 
  • A minimum fee of $1,800.00 will be payable in advance. No portion of this fee is refundable. The minimum fee charged is based upon Attorney's acceptance of your case, opening a file and undertaking the responsibility of legal representation precluding Attorney from undertaking employment in other matters.  It does not depend upon success or expenditure of time.
  • Hourly charges will be applied against the minimum fee.
  • All time billed at an hourly rate will have a minimum billing of 0.2 hour for each activity.
  • All filing fees, court costs, subpoena costs, photographs, depositions, court reporter costs, transcripts, reports, witness fees, statements, service costs, notary fees, photocopies, postage, courier/express mail fees, etc. and all other out-of-pocket expenses incurred are the Client's responsibility.  There is a one-time file set up charge of $50.00 to cover the internal costs associated with setting up a new file. All other internal costs will be charged according to a schedule of costs.
  • Client will make an initial payment in advance to Attorney’s trust account of $250.00 toward costs that may be expended on Client’s behalf.   Attorney will draw on these funds to pay these expenses as they accrue.  The Client shall reimburse Attorney for any additional expenses as they accrue.


Travel Time


  • For travel within a 25-mile radius of my Warrington office travel time will be billed at $75.00 per hour inclusive.
  • For travel between a 25-mile and 50-mile radius of my Warrington office travel time will be billed at $100.00 per hour inclusive.
  • For travel outside a 50-mile radius of my Warrington office travel time will be billed at $100.00 per hour plus costs of transportation.
